This website is operated by Type SB Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17291432, registered office 49 Shelleycotes Road, Brixworth, NN6 9NE, United Kingdom. Type SB Ltd is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on our prices.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order — for example where an edition has sold out, where a price has been listed in error, or where payment or identity cannot be verified — and will refund any payment taken in full.

Each edition is strictly limited to the number stated on the product page. Edition numbers are allocated in the order that payments are confirmed.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include worldwide shipping. Payment is taken in full at the point of order and is processed by Stripe; Type SB does not store your card details. Import duties and local taxes may apply on delivery outside the United Kingdom and are payable by the recipient.

Delivery, cancellation, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: stock pieces may be returned within fourteen days; commissioned and made-to-order editions are non-refundable once production has begun. Your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods are unaffected.

Type SB objects are machined from solid billet aluminium and hand finished. Photography is representative; minor variation in surface, finish and tone between individual pieces is inherent to the process and is not a defect.

Objects are collectible display pieces. They are not toys, are not suitable for children, and are not intended for any functional or load-bearing use.

We warrant each object against manufacturing defects for twelve months from delivery. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or wear to the finish caused by handling, moisture or cleaning agents.

All designs, drawings, photography and text on this site are the property of Type SB Ltd. Type SB objects are independent artistic interpretations inspired by historic automotive engineering. Any marques or vehicles referenced remain the property of their respective trademark owners, and Type SB is not affiliated with, licensed by or endorsed by any manufacturer.

Our liability in connection with an order is limited to the price paid for it. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
